Hasnain Khawja
Mr. Hasnain Khawja, is a graduate from University of Kashmir. He was awarded Chevening Scholarship by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office to pursue postgraduate study (LLM) in Human Rights from Queen Mary University of London. In UK, Mr. Hasnain has worked in Hayfield Law Firm, London where he focussed in refugee and asylum laws.
Mr. Hasnain Khawja has also worked with the Standing Counsel for the Income Tax Department, Enforcement Directorate, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, GST Department, National Financial Reporting Authority amongst others.
Carrying on the family legacy, Hasnain possesses thorough knowledge of drafting pleadings, briefing senior advocates, appearing and conducting matters before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, District Courts and various Forums/Tribunals.
Ankit Acharya
Mr. Ankit Acharya is a seasoned Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court of India with over a decade of experience in Civil and Criminal litigation. His expertise spans across various legal forums, including the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and Arbitral Tribunal. With a reputation for delivering exceptional legal representation, Mr. Acharya has successfully handled a myriad of cases for both individuals and multi-national corporations.
